Contractor licence confirmed against the Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan’s public register.
Plumbing
City of Saskatoon plumbing contractor licence.
Every trade
City of Saskatoon business licence, liability insurance, and Saskatchewan WCB clearance.
Expiry dates are tracked continuously. If a policy or licence lapses, that business stops appearing on jobs that day — not at the next annual review.
What we are, and aren’t
MendBid is a marketplace. The business you hire is independent — not our employee or subcontractor. We check credentials before letting anyone on, and we record the agreement so both sides hold the same copy. The work itself, and the contract for it, is between you and them.

We’re onboarding Saskatoon trades now, and it’s free while we build up homeowner volume. Verification is a real check, so expect to send your licence, insurance certificate and WCB clearance.
